Since, I have evolved my traditional massage practice of 18 years to incorporate a more holistic approach to healing. My mission is to not just bring you in for a full-body massage only, but to take time with you, give you a broader experience with energy work, body work, subliminal mind work to bring about true and lasting change, to help you realize you hold the key to dissolving this disconnect, eliminate challenges that have stood in your way, and live up to your highest potential.

Personally, I have benefited most from complementary and alternative therapies that have taught me that healing is a yielding of beliefs that no longer serve us about who we think we are, and how we think our life should be. It is a greater awareness of how to live our lives more fully with complete surrender. I know it will benefit you as well.

I offer energy work and hypnotherapy in person, over the phone, and through Zoom sessions. All other bodywork therapies are performed in office. When I am not providing therapy sessions, I enjoy time with family and my elderly dog, gardening, healthy cooking, connecting with nature, listening to music, writing short stories, and practicing Qigong.
